Chord Progressions

Hey everyone I worked on my Chords today and some progressions this afternoon. It was actually the best time I have spent with music in a minute. I know alot of people look at learning and practicing your music theory, but it become helpful I have shocked myself at how I was picking things up and finding the similarities between chord changes. It was just and eye opener and I cant wait to work some tommorow and learn more and more. Then eventually I will be able to lay down some great music using the knowledge that I have learned. I think it should be essential that I learn all I can about theory and chords because it will seperate me from the rest of the up and comers who arent taking the time to learn their craft. The neptunes posted on a video giving advice for up and coming producers is the they should
#1-Learn to play piano so that you can actually know what it is that you are playing
#2-Get some kind of Pro-Tools starter kit which I will have within the coming weeks
I am ready to keep learning to fully play the piano so that I can knock tracks out the park like these guys and Make Ladell Music Productions Worldwide and get some number one records. So all in all the chords and progressions work I did today was good and I will be looking forward to doing alot more tommorow.

Tyler Perry Inspires Us All

Wow this is Tyler Perrys old home in Atlanta and I cant wait till I have the funds to go and buy this home. To me this doesnt just say money or Im balling it shows that you can accomplish anything no matter how many times you fail, who calls your dreams pipe dreams and say they will never ever happen. They can happen, Tyler Perry was homeless and went to this from living in a car and now alot of us are currently in better shape to start on our dreams then he is so we have no excuse at all. Tyler kept on pushing even when the world tried to make him quit.Hell they are even trying to destroy him right now, but he is still pushing forward and giving the world what he suppose to give them. So a Big Ups to Tyler Perry a Great Inspiration to all of Us with Dream

New Tracks Completed

Hello everyone I just completed about 5 tracks and I have copyrights on the tracks, which was something I never did in the past and it costs me on a few tracks I put out there. Now they are protected well what is the next step you ask well, I sent them to a DJ in the UK who will be mixing my beats to the accapellas of popular artist and then from there I will release them to the general public to hear and try to shop the tracks for placement. A little background on the tracks they are all tracks that have been sampled. A lot of people are downing sampling its the foundation of urban music production all of the greats do it and today I am seeing so many up and comers like myself who dont do it. Instead they try to peck around on a keyboard and end of playing things that are out of key when a sample is the best way to go. My mentor told me that if you can play they keys then sample and that is what I am doing on these new tracks. I have been taking my time creating these tracks and I have currently did two mixes so far and probaly have alot more to go, I have listended to these tracks on computer speakers, car speakers, and other sources to see what was working and what wasnt so hopefully I can get it right.
